An after school program — 2 Days a week (Wednesday & Friday)

Introduce, teach, & practice different Mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, meditation, & yoga/movements
Creative expression (Painting, Collaging, Poetry, Writing stories, Skateboarding, Music, Etc)
Outside Activities & Games
Sound Baths/Healings
Teaching Nutrition/Health & Wellness
Hiking & Exploring nature
Unlimited access to reach out when in need of support
