The After School Program

An after school program — 2 Days a week (Wednesday & Friday)

(All of these different activities & practices I am going to mention may be changed with considering ones Interest’s, Talents, and Age.)

For the Kids

  • Talk & Sharing circles

  • Offering advice, insight & emotional support

  • Introduce, teach, & practice different Mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, meditation, & yoga/movements

  • Creative expression (Painting, Collaging, Poetry, Writing stories, Skateboarding, Music, Etc)

  • Outside Activities & Games

  • Sound Baths/Healings

  • Teaching Nutrition/Health & Wellness

  • Hiking & Exploring nature

  • Unlimited access to reach out when in need of support

    For the Parents —

  • A report and summary for your awareness of things I learn about them

  • Creations/Gifts from projects made by your Kid
